Enclose energy in your body that feels bad and move it outside your body into space.* Once it is in space it dissolves and disperses and is neutral again.
Energy in neutal - it is the intent of the use of energy that has negative or positive action.
The carrier for energy you wish to remove from your body is also neutral, but the intent is to contain the energy well into space and that intent is very strong.
